Do you take custom orders?

Whilst we can’t promise that we can fill every request for a custom order that comes our way, please get in touch with us and we will always try our best!

How long it will take for my order to be shipped?

Orders usually take a maximum of 7 working days to be shipped. Every product is made as and
when orders come in which makes what we do even more special but also means that they can take longer to prepare. For custom orders, please contact us for shipping information.

Can I track my order?

If you have paid for 1st class shipping with a tracking service, yes. If you have opted for standard shipping, unfortunately, you will not be able to track your package. Once your order has left us and is in the hands of Royal Mail, the shipping time is out of our control.

Do you ship internationally?

Sadly, no. We are based in Cornwall, England and aren’t able to ship out of the country just yet!

Can I wash my item/s?

If it’s relevant, your order will come with a care card to provide you with all the
need to know information of how to look after your product/s. Please contact us
if you would like further information.

Can I get a refund/return an item?

We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on personalised items and custom orders. However, if there is a problem or mistake with your order, please let us know
within 48 hours of receipt and we’ll make it right! If a product is damaged on when you receive it, please contact us with a photo of the damage and we will see what we can do.
