Refund policy

As items are personalised to each customer, we do not accept returns or cancellations of orders.

 

If an item is damaged on arrival, you may be eligible for a refund and/or replacement. If this is the case, please email us at daintytreasuresuk@gmail.com with details of the damage and photo evidence. We will then do our best to find a solution!
